All coaching sessions are 60 minutes. This gives enough time to explore what's going on, dig into the real issue, and leave with clear actions — without it feeling rushed or padded. Sessions can be held via video (Zoom or Teams), phone, or in person in London.
It depends on what you're working on. Many clients start to notice real shifts within 3–4 sessions. For deeper work — such as a career change, rebuilding confidence, or working through a major life transition — most people benefit from 6–8 sessions over 3–4 months. The Transformation Package (4 sessions) is the most popular starting point. There's no minimum commitment; you can start with a single session and see how it feels.
No. Coaching is forward-focused — it's about where you want to go and how to get there. Therapy tends to focus on understanding and processing past experiences, especially around mental health. If you're looking to set goals, navigate change, build confidence, or create a plan for your next chapter, coaching is the right fit. If you're dealing with trauma, clinical depression, or similar, a qualified therapist or counsellor is the better choice, and Manpreet will always be honest if she feels that's the case.
Yes. Everything discussed in your coaching sessions is strictly confidential. Nyara Life operates in accordance with the EMCC Code of Ethics, which includes a clear duty of confidentiality. The only exceptions are if there is a serious risk of harm to you or others — in which case Manpreet would discuss this with you before taking any action. Absolutely. While Manpreet is based in England and offers in-person sessions in London, the majority of sessions are held online via Zoom or Teams, which means she works with clients across the UK, Europe, North America, and beyond. Time zones are accommodated where possible — just mention your location when booking and we'll find a time that works.
The EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) is the leading professional body for coaching and mentoring in Europe. EMCC accreditation means Manpreet has demonstrated a defined level of coaching competence, completed verified coach training, accumulated supervised coaching hours, and committed to ongoing professional development and a code of ethics. Unlike the term "life coach" — which is unregulated and anyone can use — EMCC Practitioner status is independently assessed and renewed. It's your assurance that you're working with a credible, accountable professional.
