Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nyara Life website (nyaralife.co.uk) and any coaching services, workshops, or events you purchase or attend. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Nyara Life is operated by Manpreet Ahluwalia, a sole trader based in England, UK.

2. Coaching services

Nature of coaching

Coaching is a professional, forward-focused service that helps clients clarify goals, overcome challenges and take action. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health condition or require clinical support, please seek help from a qualified healthcare professional.

Client responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes. Coaching is a collaborative process — results depend significantly on your commitment, effort and follow-through between sessions.

Session delivery

Sessions are 60 minutes and delivered via video (Zoom/Teams), phone, or in person in London as agreed. Manpreet will make reasonable efforts to start and end sessions on time. Sessions are for the booked client only and are not transferable to another person.

Confidentiality

All session content is kept strictly confidential in line with the EMCC Code of Ethics. The only exceptions are situations involving serious risk of harm, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3. Booking and payment

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Prices are listed on our website in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
  • Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store card details.
  • Package sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Individual sessions

  • 48+ hours notice: Full rescheduling at no charge.
  • 24–48 hours notice: Session may be rescheduled once; a second short-notice cancellation in the same package forfeits that session.
  • Less than 24 hours / no-show: The session is forfeited and no refund or rescheduling is available.

Events and workshops

  • 14+ days before event: Full refund or transfer to another event.
  • 7–14 days before event: 50% refund or transfer to another event.
  • Less than 7 days: No refund. You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in writing.
  • If Nyara Life cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Packages are non-refundable once 50% or more of sessions have been used.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, coaching frameworks and materials — is the property of Nyara Life and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission. Workshop and session materials provided to you are for your personal use only.

6. Limitation of liability

Nyara Life provides coaching services in good faith. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nyara Life's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

7. Website use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that could damage our reputation. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and up to date but do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
